“Gender fluid” indoctrination of schoolchildren is child abuse, warns doctor

The public school system in Seattle, Washington, recently introduced new gender fluidity curriculum that indoctrinates elementary-age children as young as five years old into thinking that they can change their biological genders in accordance with however they might be feeling on any given day – which a prominent doctor has declared amounts to “child abuse.”

According to reports, kindergartners in Seattle will now be exposed to a book entitled Introducing Teddy that depicts a cute, cuddly bear who decides he wants to call himself “Tilly” because he suddenly feels more like a girl teddy bear than a boy teddy bear. An Amazon.com book review states that the book “introduces the youngest readers to understanding gender identity and transition in an accessible and heart-warming story about being true to yourself and how to be a good friend.”

First-graders will get their own gender fluidity book, entitled My Princess Boy, that brings actual humans into the picture rather than bears. And second-graders will get an even more in-your-face version of this liberal gender programming with a book entitled “Jacob’s New Dress,” the premise of which leaves little to the imagination.

The Seattle Public Schools (SPS) district says it developed the new curriculum using a district-led “task force” that it says included parents and community members. But reports suggest that the parents of students in the district were not actually required to sign off on the controversial curriculum, and that many of them probably aren’t even aware that it exists.

“The discussions around gender identity align with the districts [sic] commitment to identify safety for all,” explains the SPS website on a page entitled, “LGBTQ Programs, Curriculum, and Support,” in defense of this controversial decision.

Parents of public school children: Wake up and protect your little ones from sex abuse in the classroom

SPS obviously didn’t consult with any early child development experts or pediatricians, though. If it had, the truth about what this type of “education” can do to the minds of little ones would have been plain as day – and spoiler alert: It’s not good.

“All of these books and lessons are harmful to children because they are based on falsehoods,” stated Dr. Michelle Cretella, M.D., president of the American College of Pediatricians (ACP), a national organization of pediatricians and other healthcare professionals that are dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of children.

“It is common knowledge among genetics experts that complex behaviors, including how we think and feel, are not hardwired before birth,” she added in a statement to Lifezette.com. “Transgender beliefs and feelings are no exception. Our cognitive ability to recognize our biological sex develops over time.”

Exposing very young children who barely even understand the concept of sexual reproduction to propaganda about gender fluidity and pretending to be the opposite sex stands to severely damage their developing mental state. It’s an offense so egregious that, in times past, anyone who even proposed such a concept likely would have been burned at the stake. And yet today, such madness is celebrated by some – but fortunately not by all.

“These lessons and picture books lie to children,” Dr. Cretella concluded, not beating around the bush about the reality of this venomous agenda. “They essentially teach very young kids that sex can change in accordance with their thoughts, feelings, behavior, and outward appearance. This disruption of normal cognitive and psychosexual development is child abuse.”

This same sentiment is reflected by the ACP at large, which stands firm in the position that human sexuality is an objective, biological, binary trait that can’t be changed by playing dress-up or using different gender pronouns. Facts, the group says, and not ideology, are what determine reality.

But in the world of transgenderism, all of the “feels” become a transgender’s make-believe reality. It’s the epitome of mental illness – the fake news equivalent of human sexual expression – and it’s extremely dangerous to the developing mind.
